Joining and monetisation age policy
Anyone aged 13 or over can create a MyGhostHunt account without ID verification. Date of birth and email confirmation are required. Under-13s cannot join. Monetisation and payouts are restricted to eligible adults aged 18 or over and require the applicable identity checks when MGH enables payments.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm your date of birth is accurate.
Content
You retain ownership of content you post but grant MyGhostHunt a license to display and distribute it within the app. All content is subject to our Community Guidelines and automated moderation.
Spirit Coins
Spirit Coins are a virtual currency used for tipping and gifting. Purchases are final. Creator payouts require identity verification.
Account Termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or our Community Guidelines. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time, including to reflect changes in local laws and regulations. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
